[BusMac] MYOB-Account Edge features

QuickBooks is finally being updated. Perhaps it can do the task.

I have been still using Quickbooks, in spite of it's lack of updates from
Intuit, because the alternatives are either too complicated or just plain
weird, or buggy, or all the above.
