opinons re: C.A.D. list (of 7 Dec)

ON (or about)  < 7 Dec. >, Randy  Singer scribbled off..:
...  just a whole list of C.A.D. programs in response to my inquiry here.

 Might any of you have particular experiences/opinions about any of them.?

We don't need neckbreaking raw power; it'd probably have too steep a 
learning curve, right.?

 What we need is functionality on three separate fronts..:
        artistic design modifications ;
        floor plan development to allow details like utility layout specs 
;
        topo graphic and plat map adjustments.

  Your imput would help cut down our surfing while trying to narrow the 
search.

   We'd appreciate whatever 'constructs' you've got.
