[CUBE] no power to cube -- logic board?

You won't get any advice like that on this list. The best would be if
you could swap components from a working cube. My guess would be the
DC-DC converter board is fried, despite its green light.

However!! I would check all the connections very carefully. Run the
cube outside the clear case. I don't know an easy way to bypass the
fancy shmancy, but there must be some points you could jumper to power
up the machine (folks?). Make sure the cpu board is seated properly,
and the video card, and all the cable connectors. Check the voltages
on the drive and muffler connectors with a voltmeter. Examine the
DC/DC board for charred or blistered components.

Logic board = motherboard, but the cpu is on a daughtercard, and the
cpu upgrade only replaces the daughtercard.

Powerlogix is reportedly working on a replacement DC/DC board with more
power capability.

Congratulations on a very fortunate acquisition. May you and your Cube
have a long, productive and enjoyable relationship!
Rick
