If you are stuck with a noisy fan, try a little lubricant on the spindle of
the fan. Remove the ATI sticker, use a toothpick and put a very small dab of
motor oil or Tri-Flo on the center spindle, and voila, the noise will be
gone. This is easy to do, can be repeated when necessary.
