fish screen fps update

not terribly important, but now i'm getting ~42 in regular use - i was 
playing itunes, and had two or three transparent fire windows pulsing 
previously - perhaps the reason for the slowdown.  anyway, if you 
haven't seen this screen saver, it's very cool:
