Here is my experience:

Panaflow low speed fan:

Sonnet 1.25 GHz Single
PowerLogix 1 GHz single

Panaflow high speed fan (noisy):

PowerLogix Dual 800

The both use the Panaflow 15 mm height fans, which comes in low and high RPM
version. I prefer the low speed fan because of the noise factor.
