For your information I have successfully bought a small load of music, and
I'm in Denmark, Europe at the moment. The music store required a U. S.
issued credit  card and a U. S. address, both of which I were able to
provide. Only issue is that every time I enter the store from iTunes I am
advised that from the country where I am I can only browse and listen to the
30 second clips, but not buy.
Well, I  c a n  buy!
