[CUBE] Gigadesigns CPU upgrade success story

Id like to use this opportunity to ask a few questions about Giga 
upgrades. I'm in no hurry to upgrade my CPU but with the prices going 
down it is hard not to. I dismissed Powerlogix because of the sleep 
issues, and haven't had time to examine the Giga offerings in more 
detail. I see that everyone mentions running in 'conservative 1GHz' 
mode. I'm assuming that the clock can be adjusted by the user. What is 
the range? What is the top speed if you already have a fan? Any speed 
differences compared to PL/Sonnet on the same clock?
What G4 revision are they using?
Sorry for so many questions, but it seems that Giga Designs is the way 
to go for now.
