Not Really Convinced it's Apple i think it might be ITALY anything here 
that has something to do with customer service sucks. But then again i 
did send two letters to Apple America and never got a reply......... In 
Italy they just don't give a damn when i was last in Miami i bought a 
microtech mmc card reader usb and when i installed osx it didn't work 
anymore i sent it to microtech and they upgraded it with the new model 
for free. Just an example of good service even though the reader was 
not bought to be compatible with OSX. I have many examples but Apple is 
not one of them.....
