GeForce 4 and fanless Radeons?

Excuse me, I am new to the list and Cubes, and catching up

Two questions ... I cant find any reference to Nvidia GeForce 4 64Mb VRAM
AGP cards and Cubes, does this mean it is a no-no?

Secondly, what was the final verdict on the Radeon Fan vs no-Fan debate?

Do the no-fans die?

I have spoken to Apple about this, hours of runaround and argument as first
they denied any fanned cards existed and then accepted that they did and
fanned replacements were sent out.

Just wondered what the troops on the ground found.
