cube fan will never die

So basically, it is pretty safe to go with a fanless card.

Noise is an issue and card fans can be the noisiest due to their pitch and
tendency to self destruct.

I was looking at the supply of quiet fans from quietpc.com. They have an 80
mm case fan, although it is 20mm high, that kicks out 20 decibels which is
probably a lot quieter than the noise that goes on in my head alone.

For the folks that have done the processor upgrades, those use both a
heatsink fan *AND* a case fan, right? Would it be possible to run it with
just the case fan? My guess is no.

I have an 800 MHz upgrade in an 9600 tower and it came with a little fan on
the card too.

How much are those Cube list specials for sale for?
