[CUBE] Powerlogix DC board?

The revised DC/DC card was never to allow for a taller video card, but to
allow for higher power requirements.

However, instead of revising the existing DC/DC card, Powerlogix opted to
instead build a new card, which will be used in addition to the current
card, and take some of the load off Apple's card.
