Hi Martin,

Thanks for helping.

I am very diligent with my Mac packaging (I keep ALL the original 
boxes, manuals, CD's etc.) and I checked and double checked. It just 
isn't there :-(

Thanks for your offer but I wouldn't like to impose that much on 
anybody...

I'll keep it in mind though.
