 From a purely functional standpoint regarding internet standard 
services - not much.

 From an enterprise management standpoint - quite a bit.  The NetInfo 
integration with the ability to build hierarchical authentication and 
authorization structures encompassing multiple regions of authority, 
LDAP integration, password server, netboot capabilities etc are really 
very cool.  Assuming that you need them.
