[CUBE] Sonnet Encore processor upgrade

[Andra and Reid]

Does anyone here have an idea as to the worst cast senario with this 
upgrade failure?  The card has been sent to Sonnet for examination.  
Have I lost both dcdc board and processor in this case?

Has anyone been here before?
