"T" will start up in FireWire Target Mode, "N" will attempt to boot over the
network, "X" will start Mac OS X even if your PRAM is set to boot OS 9,
Command-V will start up in verbose mode, Command-S will start in single user
mode, Command-O-F will boot to Open Firmware.

That's the ones I know.
