[CUBE] Disappearing OSX and Explorer / Internet Preferences

Yes...tried all of the usual
fixes....Norton/DiskWarrior/Fsck/Permissions/Cocktail.

I do recall many people having this problem in the past and was hoping it
was pretty obvious.  It is happening on 3 different systems.
