They're both the same as far as installation. Only difference is you 
use the heat plate from your current 450 on the sonnet. I actually like 
the idea of that...then you KNOW everything will fit ;)

A lot of people have problems with PL cards not waking from sleep...but 
sonnets haven't had that issue yet I guess, plus, the sonnets are 
cheaper at the moment.

I'll be buying a sonnet soon...I was about to, but then Apple had to go 
and release new iPods ;)
