A bit off topic, but anyway: I was dealing with MS support a while back. When I opened the case, they said that average response time is one day. The first response I got after 6 weeks. The next one took even longer. After 7 months they just told me it is not supported, and I gave up altogether. I the average response time is 24 hours, then there must be cases with response time of 2 miliseconds.
