Silentest HD

I just put a 120gb IBM-Hitachi HD in my cube, and it makes this 
oscilating hum..

hhuummmmMMMMMMMMMmmmmmmm....hhuuuummmmmMMMMMMMMMMMMmmmmmm...

I'm reading that the seagate V's make a high pitched whine, but I'm 
hoping to get a good 30db or lower 120+gb HD that won't drive me nuts
