I just got mine today :))

According to Thermodock it lowered the temp right at 20 degrees F
  (now running at 86-96F).
Nice work, looks great, slightly larger than I had thought (10-11"wide)

The fan can not be heard  :)) I had to disconnect it to see it 
move(clear blades)

I might reinstall my GForce 3 (pulled and replaced with stock  card)
