[CUBE] External FW 400 drive recommendations?

What does everyone like (brands, 2.5", 3.5")?  Silence is golden :)

I'm looking for about 80-120 GB in the $1.75 (USD) per GB range.  Although 1.5 per GB would be cool too, but I don't want to spend more than $200.00 total.
