[CUBE] Does anyone have a 7457 in their cube?

It's a powerlogix upgrade. I got it from OWC http://eshop.macsales.com for
a bit under $600. I think it is $599 - $10 for the cubeowner
discount. Instructions are in DVD and PDF form.

The finder doesn't seem much faster, but everything else does. For
example, with the old CPU it would take 45-60 seconds top open a RAW
picture from my D100 in Nikon Capture, with the upgrade it was more like
10-15.

The whole system seemed to crawl when I was burning a DVD before, with teh
new CPU, I don't feel any slowdowns.

I've only had it installed for 12 hours now, and most of that time the
cube has been asleep. As I mentioned in another email, the cube slept &
woke just fine. I plan on doing some heavy duty crunching this
weekend to give it a workout.
