OT: Mac footpedals

Sorry for the intrusion, but my need is sudden and great. Can anyone 
recommend a working footpedal accessory for the Mac? What I can find 
about the Olympus rs23 is very outdated. Working with iTunes would be 
ideal, but I might settle for anything.
