While attempting to update the OS to 10.3.4, I got an error message that the download didn't verify correctly. Then, a screen that says: Make sure you have permission for /tmp/501/TemporaryItems/com.apple.SoftwareUpdate I can't even find it, let alone verify permissions on it. Any ideas? Ken
