[CUBE] UPGRADE TO 10.2.8

Make sure you download the 10.2.8 combo updater not the 'regular one' 
combo updater will update to 10.2.8 from any 10.2.x release.

Yes, 10.3 is not an 'upgrade' it is basically a complete reinstall.
