Any 1 GB DIMMs are 64-bit and not addressable by the memory controller. Depending on the architecture of the DIMM, you might be able to address half of the 1 GB, but the point is moot - I don't think anyone makes 1 GB 168-pin SDRAM, because no one makes a 64-bit SDRAM controller.
