[Cube] Cube OK out of case but restarts before chime in case

Yes I have looked on the Cubeowner forums and I have
tried reseating everything and fixing the gasket with
antistatic etc but problem persists. When I start up
outside of the case it works fine so I slowly inserted
it into the case while it was on and about half an
inch from full insertion it will restart and continue
doing that.
Any ideas on the culprit as I need the demo it
tomorrow?
