[Cube] Dual 1.5 PL Cube Upgrade - Can you trust them?

Don't know to what you refer but OWC has done absolutely right by me.  
Sent them my Cube to upgrade to PL Dual 1.6, and Double Layer DVD.  
Nothing but positive things to say about them and the upgrade.
