[Cube] can't install Tiger on Cube with GigaDesign M-7457 (1.5 GHz)

I have a problem with my cube.......It won't power up. The power light 
on the monitor and cube stay dark. I thought it might be the power box 
so I bought  a new one but it didn't power up with it either. Any 
suggestions? I want my Cube back. :'(   Melvetta
