[Cube] Looking for Daystar/GigaDesigns 1.2 GHz CPU upgrade for Cube

Hello All
I'm looking for a GigaDesigns 1.2 GHz CPU upgrade for my G4 Cube.
It looks like this:

but without the fan.

The 1.2 GHz model is no longer sold by Daystar, I'm hoping to find one 
somewhere....
