[Cube] Moving from Panther to Tiger?

Hi, all - 

I am thinking of moving from Panther to Tiger.  Any thoughts on
positives/negatives for running Tiger on a Cube?  I would like access to
some of the newer software, but am concerned as to whether there would be
performance issues under Tiger.  See my signature for system info.
