well, my cube is making sounds intermittantly that sound like alien hums; on / off.... on/ off electronic eeking noise. Then comes with a camera , then a disk witha blinking qusestion mark. Then more keening sound (high pitched sort of not whine, but, well, sweaky tone you might expect from an alarm clock set on low volume.<BR>

Also, the 23 inch monitor is not lighting up as it once did as brightly. Ok, just not as bright. The large thingy with lots of little holes in it...? The Power pack, or whatever it is called that the plug goes into and then into the wall... that unit ws replaced about a year ago at a rather high cost. Could it be that again? If theplug gets even the slightest bit loose, things dont work. But, I have checked and double checked all connections, and nope that doesnt appear to be the problem. <BR>

is my cube all eightlegs up? It has OS 10.2 and a partition to os9. Has worked perfectly for years except for bad thingie(technical term) I mentioned before. <BR>
