I set the jumpers to be the same as on the one I am replacing and booted from a 10.4 DVD, but the new hard drive is not showing up as a destination for the installation.</DIV><DIV style="margin-top: 0px; margin-right: 0px; margin-bottom: 0px; margin-left: 0px; min-height: 14px; "><BR></DIV><DIV style="margin-top: 0px; margin-right: 0px; margin-bottom: 0px; margin-left: 0px; ">I have also tried booting up in target mode so that the hard drive can be seen by my PowerBook – still no joy.
