Hi all,

I am facing a problem with my Kodak Digicam. The model is CX 7300. 

A few days back, I took out the batteries (rechargeable) from the camera and charged them. However, when I put them back in (correctly), the camera just doesn't turn on. Subsequently, I took it to a nearby Kodak showroom, and they tried their batteries, but the result was the same. Camera doesn't turn on. 

Up until the moment I took the batteries out for recharging, the camera was working just fine. Also, it has no damage--it never fell or broke. 

Can you please throw some light on what could be wrong with the camera? 

All help is appreciated.

Wow, I haven't seen a post to this list for a long time.

It sounds like an unfortunate coincidence that only a Kodak repair 
person could resolve. I'm not familiar with Kodak cameras so I don't 
know how old it is, but I suppose that if it was still under warranty, 
you would have already taken it for service?

Have you tried posting this on the Kodak forum at dpreview?

Thanks for your reply, Shirley. Can you give me the link for the Kodak forum? 

I bought the camera in April last year. So unfortunately the warranty period (1 year) is over. :(

Just go to www.dpreview.com and look for the Forums link in the left
