Hello Impmon,

Since the UK is also Europe, there is anglophone country in Europe. 
There are also non-anglophone countries outside Europe. The rest is 
basic math. Not that difficult. As Marc explained:

    	Maybe "anglophone" and "non-anglophone" would make more percentage
    	sense. But felt present three categories more interesting."
