The 190 and 5300 use a coaxial power connector.  The Duos, 1400, 3400 
and G3 up to the early iBooks use a mini phone jack (like headphones) 
but with a shroud around it.  The Duo PSs should be able to power the 
others as long as you are only running the computer or charging the 
battery but not both.  I wouldn't recommend it really.  Running the 
Duo off the other PS is okay though.

You'll have to look at the connector on the power adapter in 
question.  If it's the shrouded mini phone jack then you are okay.
