Duo 2300c no longer boots

I bought a Japanese keyboard Duo 2300c with Kanji Mac Os and a Newer
Technology Etherdock.

The goal was to install a new OS(7.5)

The dock ethernet had the green ethernet connection light when attached to
my IMAC and both machines had Appleshare and File Sharing extensions and
Sharing Setup Network control panels.

The filesharing failed and after awhile the Duo will only show a flashing
question mark.

Can this be fixed?
