Only if its System isn't "blessed."

Drag the Finder and System files out of its System Folder. Drag 'em back 
into it. Make sure System Folder icon is not plain-generic. Go to your 
current Startup Disk control panel. If it's listed there and clickable, 
the chosen partition should work upon restarting.
