Whatever ListMom decides is fine by me. I've enjoyed my time
in this community. I've tried to be a conscientious broadcaster.
I've gotten great advice, and when I thought I had some to give
I've learned that if I hold off replying long enough someone will
eventually say exactly what I was thinking. In this case, Larry:

>could always unofficially open this list to the 12", thus keeping the
>group small

Tho I would add that our ad says it all:

>A listserv for users and fans of Mac subportables.<

We're bright, adaptive, contrary, curious people.
I'm know I'm curious about new machines, and this can still always be
a place for Duo/2400 Q&A. They'll be around for a while yet, but they
sure ain't getting any younger.

Frankly, since I dropped my 23' on his little head 2 years ago I've been
on a WallStreet, and I only stay here because (a.) the traffic is light,
(b.) Remarkably, my Duo is still alive, and see, every once in a while
there's a real LaughOutLoud, like:

> miss all you, and I'm sure if I went to an iBook list, there'd be a bunch of
> wierdos, who wouldn't be half as nice as everyone here.<

Or like, when Brandy wanted to know what a Ho was, or the guy that
exploded a balloon over Washington (still here?) or those Mad Dogtors
and their lurching FrankenDuos. Geez, what a hoot..

p.s. That Pete Townsend is such an embarassment.
Hope I die before I get old, indeed. :^p

And now, back to our topic!
