National & international AOL is a good bet.  I don't really care for AOL 
on the whole but they have access numbers everywhere.  I travel all over 
the world and can usually get a local access number when traveling in 
most countries.  That is the only reason I even have an AOL account on 
my laptops only.  They also offer broadband for later use.  MSN would be 
a second place option for world travel and national.
