At the risk of being a heratic, any serial modem should work, including
those for PC's. You just need the correct cord. I picked up a lot of USR 56K
Sportsters for $4 each, so that's what I use. Even if you find a bad one,
remember that the USR modems have a 7 year warranty. They will replace them
no questions asked.
