[Duo2400] Duo Dock Tick of Death

HMMMMMMM,
Just a guess but it sounds like the dock is trying to
connect to a duo, the whirring might be the motor that
pulls the duo in.

you or the seller should pop the top and see if the
connect mechanism is jammmed.
