[Duo2400] Claris Emailer & SMTP Authentication

I recently had the same problem with SBC/Pacbell.

They were able to give me a different server to use for outgoing mail.
This new one did not need the authentication.
Have you tried contacting technical support?

Sometimes you have to go up a level or two in the support protocol to 
get someone who knows what they are doing.
