[Duo2400] Dayna Pocket SCSI/Link Drivers

I have vague recollections that there is a single MacOS installer set for
all the Dayna products. That being the case, you would do a custom install
and select the correct device from the list.

My point in all this being to check the links for one of the other
Mac-compatible Dayna products.
