[DuoList] doubled up on the list?

For some odd reason I am getting list email sent twice, everyone's  
posts appear doubled, as though received twice.

I have gone to the TheMacintoshGuy.com site but I am unable to verify  
my presence there in terms of how many times I am signed up. I have  
two email addresses and am in doubt whether I am signed up under both  
email addresses and if this is the cause but I am afraid to delete  
myself as my hunch be incorrect.

Could someone please respond and let me know which steps I can take  
to correct this or perhaps there is an issue outside my control.

Any advice would be appreciated.
