Last night after I posted, I did exactly as you did and it woke up. "bad" mobo on "parts" CPU and PMU. Amazing how that works. I tried everything even tearing it all down (on vacation mind you) and putting it all back together several times without avail. Now I just need to figure out how to get online and to get appletalk working and I should be set. PhoneNet is cool, but for installing programs, its slow. b > Just for kicks, have you swapped processors between boards and tried > to power either of them up? > > Josh > > On Aug 31, 2006, at 5:58 PM, britt at reactornet.net wrote: > >> Actually folks, my 2400c died (yes it actually died, not just the >> 2400c >> 'faking' it), and the parts laptop I thought was good turned out to >> have >> the GLOD as well. >> >> Does anybody rebuild these PMUs? >> >> b > > > > _______________________________________________ > DuoList mailing list > DuoList at listserver.themacintoshguy.com > http://listserver.themacintoshguy.com/mailman/listinfo/duolist > > Listmom is trying to clean out his closets!
