Our method for dealing with that is having lots of RealAudio up on our
site...and if someone not net-savvy has trouble even with that--I offer to
send them the CDs without charge and let them decide...if not they just mail
it back. We've had one return...and one rip-off. Out of a whole lot.

That makes me think pretty well of people in general.
