Just read the following on the Apple Discussions Group that answers the
question for Entourage users.

"     its easy enough to get your data into Address Book.  In Entourage's
Address Book, select the row with your name & address, and drag it to your
desktop.  This creates a vCard (.vcf) file.  Launch Apple's Address Book
app, choose File > Import > vCards, and select your .vcf.  Then choose Card
> This Is My Card, and you're done!
