[G4] OS X crashes

What have you installed hardware or software in the last week ?

The darkened screen is a kernal panic. It usually is caused by hardware 
conflicts with OS X, at least on my machine.

What I would do is reinstall the updater right over your current 
10.2.5. That might fix things.
